I was thinking about my life and what I miss the most from my childhood, from my home in Nigeria, from my home in NY... I think I'll start making a list and add stuff to it as I remember
I miss...
having no hair.
running around barefoot and not worrying about broken glass.
the rain. I mean actually feeling the rain and not running away from it.
suya.
roasted peanuts from Nigeria.
arguing with my sister about nothing.
talking to someone, anyone for hours on end about nothing in particular.
regular IMing. Blitzmail is fun but IMing multiple people at a time was cool too.
taking the subway and the bus to DWCHS.
soccer.
my mom.
Ify, Onye and Nki. They are the best little children. I missed Onye's B-Day and I am so mad about that.
all my "mothers".
writing checks.
being debt free. :)
reading for pleasure.
childhood because society didn't matter!!!!
boiled water.
staying with my grandmothers.
a green vegetable I used to eat in Nigeria.
